Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

Woke up to see in my hands a beautiful new purpose. 10 fingers for 10 blessings. Count them & start the day, joy, gratitude, faith & positivity flows in naturally. Coincidence that today is thanksgiving day.

Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

Just like us the universe too loves to know that you love it. This sparkling morning let our gratitude spill into a thunderous thousand thankyous from us all.

Often resistance spurs action & freedom lethargy, like the spring when pulled lowest rises highest. Let's thank naysayers for unwittingly igniting challenge in us.

Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

In understanding the essence of 'temporary' lies the joy of living with complete permanence, every moment that you have been gifted. Saying this the dew drop disappeared this morning.

Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

Child and adult joyfully coexist in the mind ignorant of age. On this children's day I wish for all of us to wake our curiosity, wonder and playfulness and indulge the child in us with gay abandon.

Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

The greenest grass actually grows on our side; rejoice in that belief and life becomes magical. This splendid morning i wish this magic for all of us.

Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

Single-mindedly dig for the good in every interaction and experience and the colour, beauty and fragrance of flowers will fill your life. Good morning to this bouquet called life.

Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

Remember that it took two to make you and many to make you, who you are; This realization        nullifies the concept of the self-made man. This morning I woke up wishing humility for all of us.

Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

"It's got the power but cannot see." Similar to a dream without action I thought. The real dare is not in dreaming but to live our dreams even if it be for a moment. That’s my wish for all of us on this beautiful morning.

Morning Dew By Mithu Basu

The universe has a way of giving you what you want if you KNOW what you want. While enjoying the transition from corporate to my new way of life with artists in the outdoors, I wished courage, this morning, for all of us to ask our hearts to speak up.

Tides of joy.

Was hearing my friend Mahesh Vinayakram's album 'Joy' a tribute to his Dad's band Shakti and my hands danced spontaneously on canvas to create the 'Tides of Joy'. Enjoy the painting along with the music in the link

Smriti Irani does every woman proud.

Rather than the doubt, debate and national outcry to HRD Minister Ms Smriti Irani's HSC qualification, the nation should research where, how and what she studied and have it incorporated in our education system. Watch this awesome self explanatory video of her speech at the International Women’s Conference 2014 organized by the Art of Living to know why I say this.
